Reissue Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

We offer a 14-day product reissue policy. This means that you have 14 days from receipt to request a product reissue or refund. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, This will help us evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a reissue, you must provide visual documentation of the product's condition and the reason for your request. Additionally, you'll need to submit proof of purchase date if not ordered online. Send this information to askauntie@auntiensbarkery.com. 

If your request for a reissue is approved, we'll send you a replacement product within ten business days.
